Eligibility to use services

Services are available to organizations and individuals authorized to enter into contracts under applicable law. You represent that you have authority to bind any organization you enroll in services on behalf of, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or meet the age of majority in their jurisdiction to enroll in paid services.

Services must be used for lawful professional purposes. Prohibited uses include activities that violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or are intended to deceive or harm others.

Access to certain services may be limited by local laws or RohNowBiz operational constraints. Eligibility to participate may be restricted in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to comply with local regulations when using our services.

Services provided

RohNowBiz provides spiritual business mentoring, executive coaching, leadership retreats, and associated digital content. Sessions combine reflective practices, strategy development, and organizational guidance to support executive decision-making and workplace culture alignment. Specific service descriptions, deliverables, and timelines are provided in enrollment materials or statements of work.

RohNowBiz may modify service features, delivery methods, schedules, or personnel. When changes materially affect your engagement, we will notify enrolled clients and propose alternatives or adjustments where appropriate.

Service availability depends on coach schedules, participant capacity, and local constraints. RohNowBiz will make reasonable efforts to deliver scheduled sessions and will communicate promptly in the event of cancellations or rescheduling.

User content

Users may provide input, materials, or other content as part of mentoring engagements. This user content is used to tailor coaching and is subject to the provisions below.

You retain ownership of materials you submit. By providing content, you represent that you have the rights necessary to share the content with RohNowBiz and to allow its use for the provision of services.

You grant RohNowBiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt submitted content to deliver services, provide feedback, and maintain client records. This license ends when RohNowBiz no longer needs the content to provide services, except as otherwise required for records retention.

You are responsible for the content you provide. Do not submit confidential personal data of third parties without consent. RohNowBiz will treat client-submitted materials with professional confidentiality as described in privacy policies and engagement agreements.

Requests to remove user content should be submitted in writing. RohNowBiz will evaluate removal requests consistent with contractual obligations and legal recordkeeping requirements and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Paid services and enrollment

Paid services include one-on-one mentoring packages, group programs, retreats, and digital courses. Enrollment requires acceptance of the specific program terms provided at registration and payment in accordance with the pricing and cancellation policies below.

Pricing for programs is provided on RohNowBiz.pro and in program materials. Prices are denominated in the currency indicated at checkout and exclude applicable taxes and third-party fees unless stated otherwise.

Payments are accepted via the methods listed at checkout. Fees are due prior to the start of services unless other arrangements are documented in writing. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of access to paid services.

Subscription services, if available, renew automatically at the interval specified during enrollment. You may cancel subscriptions according to the cancellation policy; fees for past periods are non-refundable except as stated in the refunds policy.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. For programs and events, partial refunds may be issued depending on the proximity to the start date and the nature of delivered services. Refund decisions will be made in line with documented program terms and administrative fairness.

If you cancel participation in a program, notify RohNowBiz in writing. Cancellation terms vary by program; some offerings may have non-refundable deposits or require notice periods. RohNowBiz may cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances and will offer options such as rescheduling, credit, or refund in those cases.

Participants are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies associated with purchases. RohNowBiz will apply taxes as required by law based on billing information and the location of the service.

RohNowBiz reserves the right to update pricing for future enrollments. Existing confirmed enrollments will be honored at the price agreed at the time of purchase unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services. Outstanding balances may be referred to collection processes consistent with applicable law.

Disclaimer of professional scope

Mentoring and coaching services provided by RohNowBiz are professional development and leadership support activities. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, or clinical mental health services. Clients should seek appropriate licensed professionals for medical, psychiatric, or legal issues.

Third-party services

RohNowBiz may recommend or integrate third-party tools and vendors. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. RohNowBiz is not responsible for third-party offerings or their performance.

Privacy and data protection

RohNowBiz collects and processes client information to provide services, manage relationships, and comply with legal obligations. Details about collection, use, retention, and rights are provided in our privacy policy available on RohNowBiz.pro.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Significant updates will be published on RohNowBiz.pro with an effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Dispute resolution

Parties should attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or the dispute resolution procedures specified in the engagement agreement. Applicable law will be the law chosen in the engagement documents or, absent such choice, the laws of Malaysia where permitted.

Account responsibilities

Certain services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and for activities that occur under your account.

Keep your contact information and organizational details current. Accurate information is necessary for effective service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.

Protect your account credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel. Notify RohNowBiz immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security issues.

Accounts and entitlements are non-transferable without prior written consent from RohNowBiz.

RohNowBiz may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior. We will provide notice where feasible unless immediate action is required.

Community and conduct rules

To maintain a respectful professional environment, participants agree to abide by the following conduct rules during programs, events, and online interactions.

• Engage respectfully with facilitators and peers; discriminatory or abusive behavior is not permitted.
• Protect confidential information shared within mentorship sessions and follow any agreed confidentiality frameworks.
• Participate in scheduled sessions on time and provide necessary pre-work or materials required by the program.
• Use provided resources for the intended professional development purposes and do not redistribute proprietary materials without consent.
• Comply with applicable laws and organizational policies when applying insights or practices from sessions.
• Refrain from soliciting other participants for unrelated commercial activities during RohNowBiz events.
• Report concerns about safety, harassment, or ethical breaches to RohNowBiz promptly.

Intellectual property

RohNowBiz and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property in program materials, curricula, activity, and website content. Client access grants a limited license for personal or internal organizational use as specified in program terms.

• Do not copy, alter, or distribute RohNowBiz proprietary materials beyond permitted use.
• Do not create derivative products that compete with RohNowBiz services using our materials.
• Respect third-party intellectual property rights and attribution requirements when using recommended resources.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RohNowBiz's liability for direct damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in the prior 12 months. RohNowBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to participation.

Termination of services

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice and cancellation terms set out in the specific program agreement. RohNowBiz reserves the right to terminate services for breaches of these terms or illegal conduct.

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable and access to materials may be revoked. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, survive termination, such as confidentiality and intellectual property provisions.

Communications and notices

Notices under these terms must be sent via the contact channels specified in program agreements or to administrative addresses on RohNowBiz.pro. Electronic communications are considered delivered when sent to the provided address.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws specified in your engagement agreement. Where no choice is specified, the laws of Malaysia will apply to the extent permitted by applicable rules.
